Shaktoolik Battery System Upgrade

AVEC  is currently negotiating grant funding from the Department of Energy Office of Indian Energy to upgrade the battery system.  This will directly benefit the Tribe and significantly improve the existing system by more efficiently measuring fuel.  Energy storage will improve the wind generation capacity factor.
