Billing and Payment Options
Bills are mailed by the middle of each month. We offer several ways for you to pay your bill.
For payment online, autopay, pay by text, and to schedule a payment, visit our Online Bill Pay website.
Are you interested in enrolling in our automatic bill payment service for residential customers? Your payment is automatically deducted from your preferred payment method on the due date. You are able to decide which recurring day of the month your bill is paid. Easy!
If you are interested, sign into your Online Bill Pay account to enroll.
You may pay your bill online with your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, ApplePay, E-check, and ACH at our Online Bill Pay website.
The first time you access online bill payment you will be asked to complete the registration process by providing your account number, the last four digits of your social security number, a valid phone number and email address. The social security number and phone number you provide must match what we have in our computer system.

Pay by Mail
Simply send your check or money order to our Anchorage office though the mail.
Pay by Phone
Call AVEC Member Services at (800) 478-1818 and use your credit card or debit card to pay your bill.
Pay by Text
Receive text notifications for new invoices, or if you become past due. Follow the link to pay via text.
Schedule a Payment
You may schedule a payment on a day of your choosing through your Online Bill Pay.
