ICUA Youth Rally—Applications Now Available!

The ICUA Youth Rally is an annual scholarship competition and leadership camp where students learn about teamwork, cooperation, and communication skills. It also promotes an understanding of the electric industry.
Up to three (3) students are selected from AVEC’s 58-village service area to join about 80 other students at the College of Idaho in Caldwell, Idaho. Students come from Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming. One student from each state will be selected to be a returning delegate the following year. Also, one student will be selected to represent our state at the NRECA National Youth Tour of Washington, D.C. the following year.
