Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm
Travel: less than 10%
Alaska Village Electric Cooperative, Inc., a generation and distribution utility serving 57 villages in Alaska, is seeking Plant Operations Administrative Assistant for its Bethel, Alaska. This position will provide efficient administrative support for the Bethel operations power plant and Bethel Operations Manager.
Provide administrative assistance and support to the Operations Manager and staff. Perform clerical task(s); maintain, plan and schedule work shifts, meetings and appointments. Receive incoming calls and answer questions and requests. Coordinate with Member Services and assist with necessary paperwork for AVEC headquarters.
Education Requirements: High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Experience Requirements: 2+ years of experience; related administrative and office experience preferred
